We support our tennis ball machines with practical troubleshooting, replacement parts where available, and clear warranty handling. Tennis ball machines include 2-year coverage for spare parts and technical faults, plus a 1-year battery warranty.

Remote Diagnosis

If a machine has an issue, send us your order details, a short description, and a video showing the problem. Many issues can be diagnosed remotely.

Replacement Parts

Where available, we can help supply modular replacement parts such as batteries, remotes, adapters, wheels, and service components.

Practical Guidance

We can provide basic setup guidance, usage advice, and support for selecting the correct machine or accessory.

Warranty Coverage

Main Unit

2-year warranty covering spare parts and technical faults under normal use.

Battery

1-year warranty under proper use, charging, and storage conditions.

Important Warranty Notes

  • The warranty period starts from the delivery date.
  • Consumable parts and normal wear items may not be covered.
  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, unauthorised modification, or non-original parts may be excluded.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be kept in their original condition, unused, complete, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must remain in its original condition and packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
