Shipping & Delivery
We supply tennis ball machines and training equipment with a UK-first fulfilment approach. Where UK stock is available, machines are shipped from our UK warehouse. For other destinations, we use manufacturer warehouse stock where available, or direct air freight from China when no local stock is available.
United Kingdom
Machines in UK stock are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery is usually 1-3 working days after dispatch.
EU, US & Stocked Regions
Where the manufacturer has local warehouse stock, we use local fulfilment to reduce delivery time and customs handling.
International Orders
If local stock is not available, machines can be shipped by air from China. Delivery is normally around 7-15 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Accessories & Spare Parts
Common accessories may be stocked locally. Special parts may be shipped from China and can take longer. If a machine and accessories are ordered together, they may arrive in separate packages.
